One listing per browser, the same extension in all of them. The extension is finished and on its way to the stores; the links appear here the moment the listings are live.
How to connect
The extension only works once it is connected to your account. Connecting takes under a minute.
Get a pairing code
In the Spareb酶rsen app: Profile, then Bursly. On the web: My account, then Browsers. The code is eight characters, lives for five minutes and is used once.
Type it into the extension
Open Bursly in the toolbar and enter the code. Bursly never sees your password: the code is exchanged for a narrow device token that can only identify this browser and register your clicks. It cannot withdraw money or change your account.
Undo at any time
Remove the browser under Browsers on your account page or in the app, and the extension stops working and deletes everything it stored locally.
We see less than you think. On purpose.
An extension that knows which shop you are in has to earn that trust. So Bursly is built without content scripts, and nothing leaves your device until you press a button.
What Bursly sees
- The hostname in the address bar, for example lindex.no. It is used locally to check whether the shop is a partner.
- The address of the tab you are on, but only when you press Activate cashback.
- Your first name, taken from your account when you connect.
What Bursly never sees
- The content of the pages you visit. No text, no form fields, no shopping cart.
- Your history, your searches or your other tabs.
- Your password. The account is connected with a one-time code, and the token Bursly gets cannot withdraw money.
